Data sheet
The advantage of this lifejacket is that it is equipped with the Double Ho op protective hood , which allows better post-trigger breathing, properly clearing the wearer's face. The Twin-Lock buckle is also a plus, making it easy to adjust the vest to your size.
HALO CAPThis spray cup system uses the shape of the inflated bladder to significantly reduce the risk of water inhalation and heat loss. This is achieved through improved bladder and spray hood compatibility combined with a new double-halo hood construction. The hood is fully self-contained when deployed, forming a cavity above the wearer's face. The hood also features an internal panel that further protects the wearer from splashes while acting as an anti-glare panel, protecting the eyes from light. |

AUTOMATIC OR HAMMARAutomatic: This is a mechanical system which, once immersed in water, automatically strikes the CO2 cylinder . However, there are risks of unintentional triggering (with a large wave, for example). On contact with water, the pellet disintegrates (salt or cellulose). It releases a powerful spring which activates a striker that strikes the carbon dioxide cylinder. Hammar (hydrostatic) : This system operates under the effect of water pressure . As soon as the pressure increases (from 10 cm underwater), the membrane lets the water through and the vest inflates automatically . The advantage of the hammar system is that it cannot be triggered by splashing water (high pressure is required). |
