The Plastimo Iris 100 is a highly versatile 2-in-1 compass. It can be used either as a bearing compass or as a course compass. It can be used on a wide range of boats: light dinghies, sportsboats, sailboats, speedboats and RIBs.

Available in two color finishes, it can be fitted with battery-operated LED lighting, depending on the model.

PLASTIMO - IRIS 100 - A TWO-IN-ONE COMPASS

The Plastimo Iris 100 compass can be mounted on a bracket and used on any inclination, making it a genuine road compass that's easy to install in any position. Once unhooked from its mounting, it becomes an excellent bearing compass with an ergonomic grip.

Teams at Plastimo balance and assemble all compasses, one by one, by hand, to ensure safety and reliability. The Iris 100 features universal, or multi-zone, balancing, allowing you to navigate around the globe with the same compass, and benefits from the Vibration Absorber system to stabilize the rose.


	IRIS 100: A MULTI-POSITION COMPASS Thanks to a gimbal-mounted crew, the double-reading conical rose always remains horizontal. Heading can be read regardless of compass orientation. This means it can be installed on all types of support and is suitable for all types of boat: motorboats, sailboats, light dinghies, sportboats, houseboats and racing boats. By fitting an additional bracket (optional), the compass can easily be moved to different positions on the boat.

FOOLPROOF CONSTRUCTION The design of the Iris 100 not only allows it to be mounted on its bracket, but also makes it easy to hold, thanks to its ergonomic design. It's easy to handle, and course reading is facilitated by its large dome and conical rose. The colored parts (blue or yellow, depending on the version) have a soft elastomer shockproof coating . What's more, the compass is also available with a battery-powered LED lighting system (LR 03 not supplied). The light is diffused and even. What's more, an important point at sea, it floats.
