VTE - Paguro 5.5 MY marine generator - Silence and performance on board

The Paguro 5.5 MY delivers 5 kVA (4.5 kW) of power with a 3000 rpm Yanmar L100 engine and water-cooled brushless generator. Made in Italy, it combines reliability and silence thanks to its soundproof cocoon and anti-vibration design.

Ideal for small cruisers and vessels requiring power and discretion, it provides continuous power to sensitive equipment and is controlled via a digital control unit.

The laminated fiberglass cocoon and acoustic foam, combined with the water-cooled alternator, guarantee a sound level of 53 dB at 7 m, while ensuring durability and reliability.

With dimensions of 660×470×570 mm and a weight of 110 kg, it is easy to install in technical holds. Supplied with silentblocks and compatible with the VTE maintenance kit.

INSTALLATION KITS AVAILABLE

Installation kits are not included and are available in three versions:

Water intake kit :

  • Contents : pipes, pass-through-shell, valves, water filters, etc.
  • Function : manages seawater supply for cooling.
  • Use : essential for any installation without exhaust gas management.

Kit with silencer :

  • Contents : final silencer, exhaust pipes, clamps, elbows, etc.
  • Function : manages water supply and exhaust via muffler.
  • Use : suitable for reducing noise levels.

Kit with seawater/exhaust separator :

  • Contents : water/gas separator, muffler, pipes, elbows, etc.
  • Function : isolates cooling water from exhaust gases.
  • Use : for greater comfort (less odors, humidity, noise).
