The-ascender with ASCENSION handle Petzl is designed for ascending a rope. Its overmolded handle provides a secure grip, while its ergonomic upper section serves as a support area during one- or two-handed pulls.
Its wide opening remains accessible even when wearing thick gloves. The cam, integrated into the body of the ascender, reduces accidental snagging during use.

GRIP AND HANDLINGThe ASCENSION’s bi---material overmolded handle features a ridge for the index finger and a wide lower grip area that prevents the hand from slipping. The upper section provides a second grip point for two-handed pulls.
The opening tab allows you to attach or remove the--grip descender with one hand, at any point along the rope. It can still be operated while wearing gloves. |
