FIRM, CUSHIONED SUPPORTWorking on the mast often involves tiring phases of static suspension. The AVAO SIT features a semi-waistband and thigh straps, both rigid and extra-wide. This architecture allows pressure to be distributed over the natural support zones, preventing leg tingling and back pain. To guarantee optimum comfort even in tropical climates or during physical exertion, the inside of the harness is lined with highly breathable quilted foam. You benefit from seamless support while staying dry. |
STABILITY AND MULTIPLE ATTACHMENT POINTSThe harness features a ventral attachment point that distributes the load between the waistbelt and the thighs when working in suspension. For added stability at the workstation, two lateral attachment points allow you to lean comfortably against the mast when using a lanyard. These side attachment points are designed to fold down when not in use, preventing inadvertent snagging on shrouds or halyards when moving around the deck or climbing the mast. |

PRECISE ADJUSTMENT AND MATERIAL MANAGEMENTThe AVAO SIT is easily adjusted by-over an oilskin thanks to its DoubleBack self-locking buckles. The-buckles enable precise adjustment of the waist and thigh straps, ensuring that the harness stays in place without slipping during ascent. When it comes to organization, nothing is left to chance: six preformed and sheathed-material holders are arranged around the waistband. These are complemented by optional CARITOOL-tool loops and optional TOOLBAG loops, so you can carry everything you need (screwdrivers, shackles, sprays) in complete safety. |
