The T 85 mechanical steering gear is a device that controls the boat's steering from the steering wheel. With this unit, port-to-starboard steering is achieved in just 3 turns of the wheel.
It also features an integrated bracket for 90° installation. The unit is designed for use on outboard-, sterndrive or inboard-boats with engines up to 300 HP.
Supplied without flywheel and cable.

ULTRAFLEX - Mechanical steering gear T85
Consisting of a stainless steel housing with adjustable friction, which accommodates the steering cable, and a 3/4" tapered shaft which attaches to the steering wheel. The steering box mounts on the steering wheel and transmits movement to the rudder or motor.
