DIGITAL YACHT - NAVLINK2 - BROADCAST NMEA2000 DATA VIA WIFI
NavLink2 connects directly to the NMEA 2000 backbone and is self-powered from the NMEA 2000 network. Once installed, NavLink2 creates a local wifi network, or can be programmed to join an existing wireless network if one is already installed. This is ideal, for example, if you want to link the NavLink2's Wifi to the Furuno wireless radar or to an existing Internet network.
Subsequently, all NMEA 2000 navigation data can be used and processed by navigation applications and software such as:
- Weather4D
- TimeZero, iAIS,
- SailGrib,
- SeaPilot,
- ScanNav,
- OpenCpn,
- Navionics,
- etc...
You can now display AIS targets and GPS data on the Navionics Boating app, which can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
