I consulted the website and found it clear and pleasant. Before placing an order, I needed some information. I phoned and was greeted by a pleasant member of staff who listened actively, looked for information and replied within the announced time (Thank you). Order received on time and in good condition, the parcel was well packaged. A small problem with an item on the order that didn't correspond to the information the supplier had given the member of staff.
