Rules of the February 2026 competition

ARTICLE 1 - IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANIZER

The company SAS IPIXO, operating under the trade name Comptoir Nautique, a simplified joint stock company registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés under number 539 965 400, whose head office is located at :

455 rue Alfred Sauvy
34470 PEROLS - FRANCE

Here-after referred to as "the Organizer",

Organizes a promotional game with a draw under the conditions defined by the game rules and the present internal procedure for securing the draw.


ARTICLE 2 - PURPOSE OF THE PROCEDURE

The purpose of the present procedure is to define the technical, organizational and legal terms and conditions enabling :

  • Ensure the random and impartial nature of the draw
  • Guarantee the integrity and sincerity of the winner's designation
  • Ensure traceability of operations
  • Prevent any challenge to the legality of the draw

ARTICLE 3 - CONSTITUTION OF THE PARTICIPANTS' DATABASE

3.1 Data source

The list of participants is compiled exclusively from registrations submitted via the official contest form.

Data is collected via the marketing management platform used by the Organizer.

3.2 Export and freezing of the draw database

On the closing date of the game:

  • A time-stamped computer export is carried out
  • The database is frozen and can no longer be modified
  • The export is stored in an unmodifiable digital format

3.3 Prior verification of compliance

Before the draw, the Organizer carries out the following checks:

  • Deletion of identified multiple entries
  • Deletion of incomplete entries
  • Deletion of obviously fraudulent entries
  • Verification of compliance with eligibility conditions

ARTICLE 4 - DRAW PROCEDURES

4.1 Date and place

The draw will take place on the date indicated in the game rules.

It will take place either :

  • At the Organizer's head office
  • By secure computer transmission

4.2 Selection method

The winner is selected by a computer process based on a random generation mechanism.

The method consists in particular in :

  • Generating a random number between 1 and the total number of valid entries
  • Identifying the participant corresponding to the selected number

4.3 Guaranteed randomness

The draw is based on a recognized pseudo-random generation algorithm, commonly used in statistical processing.

The Organizer guarantees the absence of human intervention in the selection of the winner.


ARTICLE 5 - DRAWING UP A REPORT-

At the end of the draw, a-verbal report will be drawn up.

This document mentions in particular

  • The date and time of the draw
  • The total number of entries selected
  • The method used
  • The identity of the winner
  • The name and position of the person in charge of the draw

The minutes-are signed by the Organizer and kept in its archives.


ARTICLE 6 - CHECKING THE VALIDITY OF THE WINNER

Prior to any official announcement, the Organizer verifies the eligibility of the winner.

This verification concerns in particular :

  • The identity of the participant
  • Compliance with the "one entry only" rule
  • Compliance with age and residence requirements
  • The accuracy of the contact details provided

ARTICLE 7 - NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

The winner will be notified individually exclusively by :

  • SMS message
  • Message via WhatsApp application (subject to prior consent)

Notification will be sent to the contact details provided during registration.


ARTICLE 8 - WINNER'S RESPONSE TIME

The winner has a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of dispatch of the notification to :

  • Confirm acceptance of the prize
  • Provide the information required for delivery of the prize

In the absence of a response within this period, the winner is deemed to have definitively renounced entitlement to the prize.


ARTICLE 9 - DELIVERY OF PRIZE

The prize is awarded once the winner's eligibility has been definitively confirmed.

The prize will be delivered exclusively by secure logistical shipment.

No exchange, reimbursement or conversion into monetary value is authorized unless otherwise stipulated in the rules.


ARTICLE 10 - PRESERVATION OF EVIDENCE

The Organizer shall keep for a minimum period of five (5) years :

  • The complete database of participants
  • The export used for the draw
  • The minutes-of the draw
  • Correspondence exchanged with the winner
  • Proof of prize delivery

ARTICLE 11 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The data collected is processed in accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

Participants have the following rights in particular:

  • Right of access
  • Right of rectification
  • Right of deletion
  • Right to object

ARTICLE 12 - EVIDENTIAL VALUE OF THE PROCEDURE

The present procedure constitutes the opposable internal reference in the event of a dispute.

It may be produced before any administrative authority or competent jurisdiction.
