GARMIN - CLASS A LINEAR ACTUATOR - POWERFUL AND COMPACT
The Class A linear actuator from Garmin is a powerful, compact actuator, far more efficient than a hydraulic or electromagnetic power unit. With a thrust of 400Kg over a stroke of 250mm, the Class A linear actuator can be used on sailboats up to 13 tons.
The Garmin Class A linear actuator combines with the GHP Reactor Mécanique for unrivalled performance.

RUDDER ANGLE SENSOR
It incorporates a rudder angle sensor to display your rudder position on the autopilot controller, allowing you to:
- Know the position of your rudder without having to turn around
- Ensure smooth maneuvers and avoid "overcompensation
- Avoid excessive wear or damage to the actuator when it reaches its limit stop.

CYLINDER DIMENSIONS
- 1: Distance from cylinder mounting base to table axis when bar is centered (800 mm)
- 2: Distance fromcylinder mounting base to table axis when control box is at maximum extension (947 mm)
- 3: Distance to starboard or port position when helm is centered (147 mm)
- 4 : Maximum distance between maximum retraction and maximum extension (303 mm). If thecylinder extension exceeds this value, it will be damaged.
- 5 : Distance betweencylinder mounting base and tablecloth axis at maximum retraction (653 mm)
- 6 :Cylinder motor height(163.5 mm)
- 7: Height ofcylinder table ( 36.5 mm)

EXAMPLE OF CYLINDER INSTALLATION
- 1: Distance between the two end stops. In this example, 5 mm are left on each side of the end stop, to remain well within the 303 mm (293 mm) limit
- 2: End stops. The range of the control box must be limited by the limit stops. Otherwise, the actuator will be damaged.
- 3: Distance betweencylinder mounting base and table axis when bar is centered (798 mm)
