The rotary power unit is designed for motorboats and sailboats equipped with chain-and-pinion steering systems (e.g. cable and rod steering systems).

The advanced design of the Raymarine rotary power unit enables powerful, silent helm control, and the electromagnetic clutch guarantees seamless transfer of high torque.

Caution:

Always take into account the total displacement of the fully-loaded boat. This weight is often 20% higher than the displacement of the light boat. So make sure you don't select a unit that will always be working at the limit of its capabilities. If you select your driver with safety in mind, it will remain operational for a long time, even in bad weather.

Note: The rotary motor is supplied without a sprocket for the chain.
