The Medium frequency offers an excellent combination of underwater coverage, extended depth and the ability to produce accurate target and structure returns in medium depths.

The probe comprises a plastic housing which is fixed to the inside of the boat's hull and filled with environmentally-friendly antifreeze. The advantage of bonded probes is that no holes have to be drilled in the hull for installation. As a result, the probe cannot become clogged by algae or shellfish deposits.
