	RISK VISUALIZER FUNCTION ON THE FR10 RADAR DISPLAY The "Risk Visualizer" function is a technology that presents collision risk zones based on the position and movements of all surrounding vessels. Thanks to this visualization, it's easy to get a quick and intuitive overview of the situation around your vessel . In addition, colored alerts, ranging from green (normal level) to red (dangerous level), enable you to assess the degree of threat and plan your next maneuver. This is the first time that Furuno has incorporated this feature into a commercial radar display, helping to continually improve safety at sea .

FAST TARGET TRACKING The "Fast Target Tracking" feature of the Furuno FR10 radar display instantly displays and detects a vector indicating the speed and direction of the target . Targets are automatically tracked from the start, enabling immediate calculation of their trajectory and display of their speed vector. Maximum ST (Target Tracking) is 100 targets when connected to DRS-NXT or DRS-X_CLASS radars.

	TARGET ANALYZER FUNCTION The Furuno FR10 radar display also features the "Target Analyser" function. It examines targets and identifies those that are potentially risky and likely to cause a collision with your vessel , applying various hues according to the level of danger . The distinctly colored representation of potentially risky targets gives you the ability to instantly visualize threats to your on-board safety.

ECHO AVERAGE TECHNOLOGY The "Echo Average" technology integrated into the FR10 Furuno radar display attenuates fickle echo returns , such as surface reflections and precipitation, and stabilizes echoes from boats . This makes it easier to see what you need to see, even in adverse weather conditions such as swell, precipitation or thick fog.

	AN AIS MADE TO MEASURE The Furuno FR10 radar display also lets you configure AIS as you wish . The colors of the AIS indicators (100 maximum) can be adapted with nine different shades : in addition to the classic choices such as green, red, blue, white and black, four further alternatives are available, namely red, yellow, cyan and magenta. The chromatic selection is memorized on Furuno FR-10 So when an AIS target sharing the same MMSI is spotted again, it will be displayed in the saved hues . This is particularly valuable for tracking the location of specific vessels or a given fleet .
