FAST TARGET TRACKING FUNCTION

The "Fast Target Tracking" feature on the radar display Furuno FR12 enables instantaneous vector detection and display indicating target speed and direction .

Visit targets are automatically tracked from the outset, enabling the immediate calculation of their trajectory and display their speed vector.

The maximum number of ST (Target Tracking) is 100 targets when connected to DRS-NXT or DRS-X_CLASS radars.

TARGET ANALYZER FUNCTION

It examines targets and identifies those that are potentially risky and likely to Cause a collision with your vessel , by applying various shades depending on the level of danger.

The distinct color display of potentially high-risk targets allows you to instant visualization of threats your safety on board.

ECHO AVERAGE TECHNOLOGY

Echo Average" technology integrated into the FR12 radar display FurunoAllows To attenuate echo feedback such as surface reflections and precipitation, and stabilizes echoes from boats.

This makes it easy to see what you need, even under adverse weather conditions such as swell, precipitation or dense fog.

A TAILOR-MADE AIS

Radar screen Furuno FR12 also lets you configure the AIS as you wish .

The colors of the AIS indicators (100 maximum) can be customized with nine distinct shades in addition to classic choices such as green, red, blue, white and black, q here are four additional alternatives available, namely red, yellow, cyan and magenta.

The chromatic selection is stored on the Furuno EN-12 So, when a aIS target sharing the same MMSI is spotted again, she will be displayed in the saved shades.

This is particularly valuable for track the location of specific vessels or of a given fleet.

Radar/mapping superposition
