R2009 SIMRAD: The 9" display dedicated to radar functions
The R2009 radar from Simrad is a display entirely dedicated to the radar function. Its 9'' 480 x 800 pixel color screen with button allows perfect readability and simplified operation. Compatible with the optional O2000 remote control, you can even control it remotely.
Installation is ultra-simple: the screen can be bracket-mounted or flush-mounted to suit the available space on your boat, and with its NMEA0183/2000 connectivity it can communicate with other devices or be networked with similar ones.
The R2009 from Simrad features Anti-Sea Clutter STC technology, which optimizes target detection even in adverse weather conditions (pitch, swell, bad weather...)
For better target definition, the R2009 incorporates new signal processing technology (compatible only with 4G and Halo), giving you perfect target resolution. The signal is fine-tuned live, and the display delivers a razor-sharp image.
The R2009 from Simrad is compatible with all the radars offered by Simrad, the Broadband 3G or 4G series, but also HD beam radars for unrivalled power, and finally the brand-new Halo compact radar antennas for an installation at the cutting edge of marine technology.
The R2009 from Simrad comes complete with protective cover, mounting bracket with knobs, power cable and full documentation. In this proposal, no radar antenna is supplied with the R2009 display; the antenna is optional.
