Practical when you want to install a sheave without dismantling everything, this opening block Lewmar can be hit in a single gesture on a sheet or a pull point. It's particularly at home for spinnaker and genoa maneuvers, where speed really counts.
With its ⌀ 66 mm Delrin sheave, it's suitable for ropes up to 14 mm. The snap shackle and synthetic rubber-covered cheeks are there to take the strain, while the swivel helps the block stay better aligned under load.
