LEWMAR - HTX 50 MM SINGLE PULLEY - PERFORMANCE AND RELIABILITY UNDER LOAD

Based on a design inspired by the Racing range, the HTX 50 mm single pulley is designed for frequent adjustment and heavy loads. Its sturdy aluminum cheeks ensure excellent durability, even under the most demanding maneuvers.

It is optimized for modern ropes with reduced diameters, and offers better performance than other pulleys made from similar materials, thanks to the machining of the bearing surface. Its central ring bearing is designed to remain efficient at high loads, while the side thrust ball bearings stabilize the sheave when the working angle varies.

From 450 kg upwards, the acetal sheave becomes self-lubricating-, further improving fluidity as tension rises. The swivel, inspired by the Lewmar Racing range, can be locked by a grub screw to maintain the desired orientation. With a working load of 800 kg and weighing just 135 g, this 50 mm single block is a solid choice for high-performance, long-lasting rigging.
