LEWMAR - HTX Ø 50 mm clevis halyard block
Designed for hard-working maneuvers, the Lewmar HTX Ø 50 mm clevis halyard block finds its natural place at the foot of the mast, where tension is unforgiving. Its design favors robustness and consistency, to keep a clean return even when the tension is not perfectly aligned.
On a daily basis, we especially appreciate its fluidity. The Ø 50 mm sheave, combined with Delrin ball bearings, follows the passage of the rope without-jerks and limits friction. The halyard is easier to handle, the rope wears less quickly, and the whole system remains reliable over time. Suitable for ropes up to 10 mm, with a working load of 800 kg and a breaking load of 1600 kg.

Smoother return, even when it pullsWhen a halyard is loaded, every detail counts. With its 50 mm sheave and Delrin ball bearings, this block keeps the line running smoothly and avoids the jerky effect that fatigues the rope. The result is greater comfort when hoisting, and better control when lowering the rope, even when tension is still present.
Ideally suited to halyard leads, but also to common maneuvers requiring high performance without sacrificing strength. |
Easy-to-install clevis made to lastThe clevis head is easily mounted on a pin, making it a very practical solution at the foot of the mast or on an existing deflection point. Aluminum cheeks ensure clean guidance and good hold, even if the pull comes in at a slight angle, as is often the case when sailing.
The HTX 50 mm block is compact, reassuring and pleasant to use; It's a sure bet for making your rigging hardware reliable. |
