VESPER MARINE - WATCHMATE XB-6000 AIS TRANSPONDER - NMEA 2000 AIS Gateway
The XB-6000 Class B AIS transponder with integrated NMEA 2000 gateway and internal GPS , integrates AIS, GPS and NMEA information so you can view your navigation data on any AIS-compatible chartplotter. Even on your PC or Mac!
Easily integrate AIS with your existing marine electronics and convert NMEA 2000 and 0183 instrument data to USB , making it easy to use third-party navigation software.
XB-6000 NMEA GATEWAY / GPS ANTENNAThe WatchMate XB-6000 translates NMEA 2000 instrument data such as heading, wind, depth, speed, log and temperature. This allows you to view this data, as well as GPS and AIS information , simultaneously on all AIS-compatible chartplotters, multifunction displays and computer software. Works seamlessly with Garmin, Raymarine, Simrad, B&G, Lowrance and others. The supplied external GPS antenna enables the XB-6000 transponder to be used as the primary GPS source for all chartplotters and multifunction displays. All NMEA 2000 navigation data is combined with GPS and AIS data and sent to computers via USB . View and use this data in your navigation applications on Windows and Mac navigation software. Simply plug the XB-6000 into your NMEA 2000 network and your integration is complete. Or connect it to your chartplotter's NMEA 0183 input . And if you have a mixed network, you can even use the XB-6000 to integrate the two by connecting your XB-6000 to your NMEA 2000 navigation instruments and an NMEA 0183 chartplotter. The XB-6000 displays your new NMEA 2000 instruments on the chartplotter. |

EXTERNAL GPS ANTENNAA built-in 50-channel GPS receiver (with WAAS/EGNOS) and its own internal GPS antenna make the installation of an external GPS antenna unnecessary in many situations. However, the XB-6000 also includes a powerful external antenna for those installations that require it. The external antenna can be fixed to a pole on a standard 1" threaded tube, or mounted on a flat surface with the included base. The fast GPS update rate (5Hz) gives better resolution and smoother plotting on your plotter or MFD, even during high-speed maneuvers. It can be used as a GPS data source for the entire NMEA 2000 network. |
