Scanstrut - Anderson 50A Ventura Series Solar Connector SC-V-S1
With the Anderson 50A Ventura Series solar connector, you create a neat connection point for plugging in an external solar panel, without leaving any loose cables. Once the panel is disconnected, you close the cover and everything stays clean and protected.
This version features a red Anderson SB50 connector, designed for DC use on boats and vans. It accepts up to 50 A and 600 V DC, for a maximum power of 600 W at 12 V, 1200 W at 24 V and 2400 W at 48 V. IP68 sealing applies to the front panel, and IP69K with the cover closed.

Anderson SB50 redThe Anderson SB50 format is highly appreciated for its fast, solid and easy-to-handle connections. This plug is designed for use with genuine red Anderson SB50 connectors only, to ensure perfect compatibility and prevent incorrect assembly.
SB50 crimp terminals are not included. Choose the cable cross-section to suit your installation and limit the voltage drop to take full advantage of the power. A fuse and disconnecting switch between the controller and the battery bank are recommended. |
Flush mounting and waterproof front panelOnce installed, the socket remains unobtrusive and protects the connectors from splashes. The protection rating applies to the front panel only, when the cover is fully closed and the plug is not in use.
Do not leave the cover open when sailing or on the road. The product must not be installed in an area where it may be submerged |
