The built-in GPS sensor is updated every 15 or 30 minutes (depending on power status) and sends SMS alerts if your boat leaves the virtual guard zone.

You can also get updates About your boat's battery status, activity in the bilge, shore power, temperature changes... Simply configure alarm notifications in the ActiveCaptain application.

Finally, you can control your boat from a distance. Manage up to 5 remote relay switches directly from the OnDeck hub Garmin and the ActiveCaptain application for the most important on-board systems, including battery chargers, icemakers and much more.

You can also control as many switches as you wish with support for NMEA 2000 impulse or remote switches via EmpirBus digital switching or other third-party interfaces.

Once you've downloaded and installed the ActiveCaptain application on your compatible smartphone, you'll be able to manage your boat configuring alarm notifications, take the controlling your boat and much more..

You can also store data . You can safe data collection of the boat using the Garmin OnDeck Hub and store them in the cloud up to 30 days.
