Description

Racor Spin-on series water separating fuel filters offer maximum protection for modern diesel and gasoline engines by effectively removing contaminants (water, silica, sand, impurities and rust) from fuel. The mounting head and filter body are protected by an electrostatically applied powder coating for superior corrosion resistance. This unique Spin-On filter design is easy to maintain, and the simple, reusable collection bowl, available in metal or plastic, is fitted with a self-ventilating drain or metal cap.

All Spin-on series water separating fuel filters use Racor's high-performance Aquabloc® filter media, which repels water and removes solid contaminants from fuel at 98% of their micron filtration rating. To meet customers' unique engine requirements, three different micron filtration thresholds are available for purchase, including:

30 micron (98% at 30 micron). Particularly suitable as a pre-filter to protect downstream filters from excessive contamination. Extends engine filter life.
10 microns (98% to 10 microns). Capture impurities other than 30 microns and are more effective against water penetration. Extend the life of the entire fuel system.
