The Cook'n Boat gas griddle is a brand new nomadic griddle created by ENO. Made in France, it revolutionizes cooking on board a boat. It's easy to install on the rail or simply place on deck for convivial cooking for 4 to 8 people.

Fish, meat, vegetables and kebabs of all kinds will be cooked quickly and safely, thanks to its excellent heat diffusion and its many features specially designed for cooking on board a boat or even on land for a picnic.

ENO - COOK'N BOAT GAS GRIDDLE - THE FRENCH GRIDDLE

Perfect for enjoying the pleasure of grilling while out at sea, the ENO Cook'n Boat gas plancha is designed to cook for 4 to 8 people, whether at sea, on the quayside, camping or even at home.

This plancha has been designed to be economical without sacrificing functionality. Made in France, it boasts high manufacturing quality. The body is made entirely of stainless steel, and the plancha is an enamelled cast-iron plate, which is ENO 's speciality. It is designed to remain outside the boat, on the balcony or on a stand, offering you the safety, durability and performance required of a marine plancha.

This mobile gas hob (propane or butane, bottle not included) features electronic ignition. Its powerful burner under the enamelled plate will cook your food quickly and perfectly. The Cook'n Boat gas griddle from ENO also features a lid for rapid and even heating, for very low gas consumption .

Eno's Cook'n Boat gas griddle also features retractable feet so you can take it wherever you want. This is a big plus for boats without a galley, or if the crew simply wants to cook outside.

Various accessories (optional, not included) enable you to cook in other ways (barbecue), protect it (cover) and position it wherever you like(balcony brackets or table stands).

The Eno Cook'N Boat gas griddle also complies with European CE directives.

	PLANCHA ENO COOK'N BOAT - GAS CONNECTION The Eno Cook'n Boat gas plancha must be powered by propane or butane (28-30 mbar). It connects directly to your boat 's gas network. A G 1/4" male connector is supplied for connection to the gas network, which feeds the 3.2 kW burner. The enamelled cast-iron griddle heats up very quickly, so you can cook whatever you like. The Cook'n Boat plancha from ENO is also equipped with a thermocouple safety system that automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out. If a draught extinguishes the flame, the gas supply is blocked, and you're safe. However, there is an adapter you can add to the plancha to connect a CAMPINGAZ-type gas cartridge (adapter sold separately). This will enable you to take the Eno Cook'n Boat plancha ashore and use it on camping trips, in a converted van or camper van.
