Isolation transformer VICTRON 120/240V-100A

This is a special transformer featuring a unique winding with intermediate taps. Greatly reduces ohmic losses and solves the problem of insulation between windings, but the primary and secondary windings are not isolated (unlike a normal transformer). Often used to increase or decrease voltage in the 110/120 range and the 220/240 range, e.g. by supplying 120 V from 240 V, so that a 120 V device can be used with a 240 V voltage.
