The Plastimo nautical protractor features unalterable graduations for years of accurate reading. It allows you to take bearings and plot routes on nautical charts.

Very simple to use, just align the ruler in the direction of the course or point being surveyed, then adjust the rotating compass rose to align north with north. You can then read off the heading corresponding to the course or bearing.
