The flush-mounted console control box features a dual-function throttle/reverser lever . It is mounted on the steering console console and uses two 33 C Mercury and OMC cables to connect the box to the engine and reverser .
It also incorporates a neutral start safety device, which prevents the engine from starting if the lever is not in neutral .
In addition, features an adjustable gas brake . This allows the braking power to be modulated according to the pressure exerted on the lever .
Please note that the control unit is only suitable for installation in sheltered areas (inside or under a soft top ).
