TRADITIONAL 2D SONAR CHIRP

The Minn Kota X12 is equipped with a fish finder CHIRP A traditional 1,000-watt single-channel unit. The images displayed help locate fish, identify underwater structures, and track changes in the seabed beneath the boat.

The sounder works with the probes CHIRP single-channel in the low, mid, and high frequencies.

DUAL SPECTRUM TECHNOLOGY

Technology Dual Spectrum CHIRP It uses a frequency range of 140 to 240 kHz. Its low-Q ceramics limit parasitic vibrations and make the water column images easier to interpret.

The narrow beam, ranging from 180 to 240 kHz, highlights the details and contours of the seafloor. The wide beam covers a larger area, which is useful for surveying a wide area. You can also combine the two beams depending on fishing conditions.

Available frequencies and angles:

• Narrow Beam 180-240 kHz at 25°
• Wide beam 140-200 kHz at 42°
• Combination of the two beams 150-220 kHz

AUTOCHART LIVE

With AutoChart Live, you can create your own depth charts of the bodies of water you're exploring, for your personal use. The readings appear directly on the fishfinder, and the chart is updated as you move.

AutoChart Live is already installed and includes 8 hours of recording time. In addition to depth, the feature can map variations in vegetation and bottom hardness. This allows you to save the data collected from your fishing areas so you can refer to it on future trips.

To increase the memory capacity of the AutoChart Live feature, the AutoChart map is necessary.

GPS & MAPS

The Minn Kota X12 features a built-in 10 Hz GPS antenna to track your position while you're out on the water and help you find your favorite fishing spots.

Waypoint and route management has been updated. The device can store up to 10,000 waypoints and routes. You can search for your locations, sort them, and import or export them to keep your waypoints organized.

The Model X is compatible with cards Navionics+, , Platinium+, , CoastMaster and LakeMaster.

Please note that the navigation map is not included with the device.

CONNECTIVITY AND NETWORKING

The Minn Kota X12 has an Ethernet port for connecting it to other compatible devices installed on your boat.

It also supports NMEA2000, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connections-Fi to communicate with the devices in your system.

Depending on the equipment you have on board, you can, for example, connect it to a radar CHIRP, an AutoPilot system, a VHF radio, or a Audio equipment Fusion compatible.

MINN KOTA FISHING ECOSYSTEM

The Minn Kota X12 can be connected wirelessly to a compatible Minn Kota motor. Once the connection is established, several navigation controls are accessible directly from the fishfinder screen, without having to use the motor's controls.
