TRADITIONAL 2D SONAR CHIRP

The Minn Kota X12 is equipped with a fish finder CHIRP A traditional 1,000-watt single-channel transducer. It provides detailed images that make it easier to distinguish fish, underwater structures, and variations in the underwater terrain.

XTREME DEPTH (XD) FEATURE

The Minn Kota X12 CHIRP XD features the Xtreme Depth function for deep-water fishing (with a compatible probe).

It uses 1,000 W RMS of power and a frequency of 50 kHz to probe the deep seabed, particularly in the-more than 300 m.

The 50 kHz frequency is designed for great depths, while the 200 kHz frequency is suitable for areas shallower than 100 m. You can choose the frequency based on the depth being surveyed and fishing conditions.

AUTOCHART LIVE

With AutoChart Live, create your own depth charts of the bodies of water you're exploring, for your personal use. The charts are displayed directly on the fishfinder and are updated as you navigate.

AutoChart Live comes preloaded with 8 hours of recorded data. It maps the seabed topography and can also display variations in vegetation and seabed hardness. This allows you to identify the characteristics of your fishing areas based on your own surveys.

To increase the memory capacity of the AutoChart Live feature, the AutoChart map is necessary.

GPS & MAPS

The Minn Kota X12 features a built-in 10 Hz GPS antenna to track your location while you're out on the water and help you find your favorite fishing spots.

Waypoint and route management has been updated. The device can store up to 10,000 waypoints and routes, with search, sorting, import, and export features to help you organize your fishing spots.

The X Series is compatible with the cards Navionics+, , Platinium+, , CoastMaster and LakeMaster.

Please note that the navigation map is not included with the device.

CONNECTIVITY AND NETWORKING

Thanks to its Ethernet port, the Minn Kota X12 can be connected to other compatible devices installed on your boat.

It also supports NMEA2000, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connections-Fi to communicate with the various devices in your system.

Depending on your setup, you can, for example, connect it to a radar CHIRP, an AutoPilot system, a VHF radio, or a Audio equipment Fusion compatible.

The Minn Kota X12 can connect wirelessly to a compatible Minn Kota motor. Once the devices are paired, you can access navigation and boat control functions directly from the fishfinder screen.
