MINN KOTA – X16 CHIRP XD – FOR GREAT DEPTH

The GPS fishfinder Minn Kota X16 CHIRP XD has a great screen-1920 x 1080 px anti-glare display. Its interface provides quick access to key functions, with the option to use either the touchscreen or physical buttons thanks to the Cross Touch system. You can also place your own shortcuts on the fishfinder screen to quickly access the settings you use most often.

Screenshots are stored in the device's internal memory. To retrieve them, there are two microSD slots on the front of the device.

The X Series works with the sensors Mega Live Imaging, , Mega Live Imaging 2 and Mega 360°. It can also be networked with other compatible screens or connected wirelessly to motors before 2024 (GPS models and QUEST), depending on the equipment installed on board.

XTREME DEPTH (XD) FEATURE The Minn Kota X16 CHIRP XD features the Xtreme Depth function, designed for deep-water fishing (with a compatible probe). With 1,000 W RMS of power and a frequency of 50 kHz, this feature allows you to probe deep waters, particularly in the-more than 300 m. The 50 kHz frequency is suitable for great depths. For areas shallower than 100 m, 200 kHz is more appropriate. This allows you to choose the frequency based on the depth to be explored and the conditions encountered. 	AUTOCHART LIVE With AutoChart Live, you can create your own bathymetric maps of the bodies of water you're exploring, for your personal use. The readings appear directly on the screen, and the map is drawn as you navigate. This feature is already installed and includes 8 hours of recording time. It maps the seabed topography and can also display variations in vegetation and seabed hardness. This data helps you identify the characteristics of areas you’ve already surveyed during your future dives. To increase the memory capacity of the AutoChart Live feature, the AutoChart map is necessary.

GPS & MAPS The Minn Kota X16 features a built-in 10 Hz GPS antenna to track your location while you're out on the water and help you find your saved fishing spots. The device can store up to 10,000 waypoints and routes. The waypoint management system has been updated: you can search for and organize your locations, as well as import or export your waypoints to find them more easily. The X Series is compatible with the cards Navionics+, , Platinium+, , CoastMaster and LakeMaster. Please note that the navigation map is not included with the device.

	CONNECTIVITY AND NETWORKING The Minn Kota X16 has an Ethernet port for connecting to other compatible devices on your boat. It also supports NMEA2000, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connections-Fi to communicate with the various devices in your system. Depending on the devices installed, you can, for example, connect it to a radar CHIRP, an AutoPilot system, a VHF radio, or a Audio equipment Fusion compatible.

MINN KOTA FISHING ECOSYSTEM The Minn Kota X16 can connect wirelessly to a compatible Minn Kota motor. Once the devices are paired, several navigation and boat management controls are accessible from the fishfinder screen, without having to use the motor controls.
