This clamp protects the telescopic IOR pole Plastimo from ultraviolet rays and wind. Roll the bell around the tube and position the clamp on the tube in the middle of the bell.
Attach the toggle to the boat (e.g. to the pole holder ). When the pole is launched, the clamp releases and the flag unfolds.
