The Alpha Compact 12V/120A alternator is optimized to provide high current to electricity storage cells. Together with the Alpha Pro III regulator, it provides a ready-to-use solution for charging. This combination is suitable for all battery types, including Lithium Ion.

MASTERVOLT - ALPHA COMPACT ALTERNATOR 12V/120A

This automotive-style alternator has a number of advantages. Most engine manufacturers offer an option for a second alternator, often called a power take-off option. It's a simple, straightforward way of using an Alpha Compact as a second alternator. The original alternator can also be exchanged for an Alpha Compact to benefit from a powerful 3-step charger connected to the MasterBus network.
