HOW DOES OSMOBOAT SLIM WORK?

The Osmoboat Slim water purification unit features a number of filters to ensure pure water even on your boat.

• The water first undergoes pre-filtration down to 5 microns to remove all suspended solids.
• Next, the activated carbon filter removes chlorine, unpleasant odors and bad taste .
• Finally, the water is pressurized by a pump and passed through the semi-permeable membrane.
• On leaving the osmosis unit, the water passes through a final alkalinizing filter to stabilize its pH.

The mineral content (calcium, magnesium and sodium) can be adjusted according to your preferences, thanks to a built-in adjustment device.

Ultimately, the OsmoBoat specifically filters out excess minerals, nitrates, nitrites, pesticides, pathogenic micro-organisms, chlorine, heavy metals and other pollutants that can damage health, while maintaining an appropriate mineral balance.
