The tiller pilot Simrad TP22 is designed for tiller-equipped sailboats up to 11m in length OR for a maximum displacement of 5 tons, with a maximum thrust of 70kg.

Thanks to their high-performance cylinders, Simrad autopilots convert almost all the energy consumed into thrust. Exceptionally powerful and reliable, these tiller autopilots keep you on course comfortably, silently and with low fuel consumption. You only have to look at how quickly and precisely it reacts to understand that this pilot steers well!

The actuator and electronics are completely sealed. These pilots have undergone a 24-hour underwater test. This test demonstrated the robustness of SIMRAD pilots in the worst weather conditions. The case features an internal compass, which requires installation at least one meter away from sources of magnetic interference.

The TP22 from Simrad can be combined with pilot accessories to adapt perfectly to the chosen location (extension lead, cantilever...).

GREAT ERGONOMICS

The TP22's five-key control keyboard is backlit at night. The Tack key triggers a 100° tack. This simplifies operation in even the most complicated situations.

Efficient and economical, the TP22 offers excellent performance.Its low power consumption (0.5A max) ensures that your battery will last longer, even if you use the autopilot for long periods.
