Connect your NMEA2000 devices and network to the Cloud and enjoy remote monitoring, historical analysis, new applications and AI through the Njord Cloud. What's more, NjordLINK is bi-directional, so applications in the Cloud can send data to the boat(e.g. electrical switching, messaging or alerts).


	Why NjordLINK? For boaters, going ashore to dine out or explore the continent means trusting their anchor to hold the boat in place. This uncertainty, combined with changing weather conditions, can leave boaters worried that their boat may drift out to sea, onto rocks, onto other vessels, or away from its original anchorage point. NjordLINK uses Viam's Cloud and AI technology to solve this ubiquitous boater anxiety. It delivers real-time mobile alerts that are sent via notifications or messages, enabling boaters to leave their boats with confidence. They are informed within minutes, not hours, if their anchor starts to drift. The system even outperforms on-board alarms, which are neither mobile nor capable of delivering appropriate alerts, particularly on larger boats where such alarms can go unnoticed for some time.

NjordLINK application & Cloud It installs in seconds, simply plugs into the NMEA2000 network and is self-powered by the network. It will be compatible with any network such as Garmin, Navico (B&G, Simrad, Lowrance), Maretron, Raymarine, Humminbird, Furuno, etc. NjordLINK creates a local wifi hotspot that you can configure using your phone or tablet, then connect to your boat's internet network. Whether it's a simple phone or Wifi hotspot, a dedicated 4G/5G router or a Starlink/satellite system. It continuously transmits encrypted, private data to the Digital Yacht Cloud, hosted by Viam. The device monitors position, depth and wind data, while AnchorSafe harnesses Viam's sophisticated AI-powered algorithms to analyze the boat's movements. If the anchor drifts beyond predefined limits at-, the system immediately alerts boaters and captains. The NkordLink mobile application is available on IOS and Android.
