🧾 Intracommunity VAT

• Are you a VAT-registered buyer established in an EU member state?

Then Comptoir Nautique can invoice you VAT-free.

To benefit from this service, simply enter your valid VAT number in your Customer Area. Our system, connected directly to the VIES service, will instantly check its validity. Prices will then change to excl. tax, and you can finalize your order.

🌎 Export taxes

Orders to French overseas departments and territories and outside the EU are invoiced tax-free.

You don't have to do a thing! As soon as our system detects a delivery address outside the EU or French overseas departments and territories, prices automatically switch to duty-free. You can finalize your order with complete peace of mind.

Local taxes and octroi de mer are generally payable to the local customs authorities. It is your responsibility to pay these.

🎖️ Détaxe Hub Armées

Shipments to Secteur Postal Militaire are made by Colissimo Suivi. La Poste takes care of routing your parcel from our warehouses to deliver it to you in your area. This can sometimes take a long time, depending on your distance and the frequency of military air shuttles.

As a member of the military, you can benefit from tax-free invoicing (excluding shipping costs), provided that you e-mail us a Certificate of Military Position (CPM) corresponding to the period during which you placed the order. Without this CPM, you will not be able to benefit from VAT zero-rating.

How can I obtain prices excluding VAT?

1- Send your CPM (Certificat de Position Militaire) in PDF format by email to contact@comptoirnautique.com

2- When ordering, create a new address named "Hub Livraison Armée"
3- Fill in your address as follows:

• Address: SP number (e.g. SP70077)
• City: Hub Armées
• Postal code: 00100 for the French Navy and 00200 for other armed forces.
• Country: France

Customs may check the contents of your order to verify compliance with declarations. Comptoir Nautique will attach customs documents directly to your parcel for all shipments outside the European Union.

Customs authorities in some countries may require proof of the recipient's identity before issuing the documents.
