PLASTIMO - DECK HATCH - WATERPROOF AND AESTHETIC

Visit deck panels Plastimo Skylightare waterproof with a great design. They're perfect for ventilate and bring in light of the cockpit, whether on a boat or a converted van. These deck hatches are For installation on a flat surface with a tolerance of ± 1 mm. Their low thicknesses s (15 mm) when closed avoid any inconvenience on the deck of a boat, or allow converted vans to pass under certain barriers if attached to the roof.


	Adjustable opening height Visit deck panels Plastimo are equipped with two compasses for adjust panel opening according to your needs. Simply disengage the compasses in a jiffy to adjust it. It can have a small opening of 19 mm, perfect for boats with teak decks. If you wish, these compasses can be detached of the sash in order to have a 180° opening. You'll also find two handles with excellent grip. These inner lugs incorporate an effective locking mechanism that prevents the deck hatch from being opened from the outside. What's more, there's no need to operate the lock from the outside. ⚠️Deck panel sizes 00; 03; 10 and 20 feature a single handle and a single compass. ⚠️Deck panel sizes 30; 40; 44; 50; 54; 60 and 70 are available two handles and two compasses.

A solid, watertight and aesthetic design Visit bridge panels Plastimo are designed with a single-body, satin-finish aluminum sash with a large cross-section for excellent rigidity and attractive design. This results in a even pressure on the seals for a perfect seal. The glass, on the other hand, is a grey acrylic glass allowing light to pass through. 	On-board layout Dedicated to coastal and offshore sailing, the deck panels Plastimo are CE certified . These screw-on panels, with their flat profile and compass opening, comply with European regulations for on-board installation. They can therefore be located in zones II, III & IV, deck, roof and cockpit areas. European standard CE 94/25 of June 16, 1996 defines zones as follows: Zone I: hull above the waterline Zone II: deck, roof, cockpit, transom Zone IIB: hull area not belonging to Zone I Zone III: superstructure, deck and cockpit Zone IV: cockpit and deck, aft face of superstructure It should be noted that deck panel Plastimo 44, 60 and 70 are approved as escape hatches . However, they must be located in Zone IIB !
