The system consists of an ECU electronic computer, a CCU compass sensor and a GHC 50 control console (depending on package).
All that's left to do is connect this assembly to the power unit. There are several possibilities:

You already have a hydraulic pump, cylinder or rotary motor on board:

Connect the power unit with cable 010-11533-00
Add a GRF10 rudder angle sensor 010-11829-00

Now you've reused your power unit and are ready to sail.

You don't have a power unit:

Garmin cylinders are suitable for most medium to large sailboats.

It features a bright 5" edge-to-edge touchscreen for an elegant design. You can also share your settings with your Garmin multifunction displays. Your autopilot can be connected via the Garmin Marine Network 'GMN' or via wireless connectivity.

THE CCU: THE BRAIN OF THE REACTOR 40 The Course Computer Unit (CCU) is used to determine course and engine speed. With its advanced 9-axis solid-state attitude and heading reference system (AHRS), it offers virtually unlimited mounting possibilities, whatever the orientation. At the same time, this new system considerably reduces heading errors, course deviations, helm movements and power consumption, while providing optimum on-board comfort.

GHP REACTOR 40 WIRING KIT Connected to an NMEA0183 or NMEA2000 compatible chartplotter, the autopilot Reactor will follow the programmed route or recorded course perfectly. In addition,with a compatible Garmin chartplotter and G2 Vision, G3 and G3 Vision charts, you benefit from optional features such as autoguiding, which automatically calculates the best route to take to reach your destination.
